Every deal follows the same order, so both sides know what comes next.
Buyer and seller settle the item, the price, the delivery method and how long the buyer has to inspect it. We record it.
The buyer sends the agreed amount to the escrow account shown for that deal, by M-Pesa or cryptocurrency. We confirm it arrived.
Once we tell the seller the funds are held, they hand over the goods or complete the work. The buyer checks it against the agreed terms.
The buyer confirms and we pay the seller, less our fee. If something is wrong, the buyer raises a dispute and we review it before any money moves.
The fee is taken from the deal amount and shown on the deal page before the buyer sends any money. No hidden charges. Fee paid by: Buyer, Seller or Split 50-50 (you choose per deal).

Fees are charged in Kenya shillings. USD amounts are approximate at KES 130 to USD 1 and change with the exchange rate.

Release money only after the buyer confirms or a dispute is settled.
Ask for your M-Pesa PIN or your bank password.
Ask you to pay to any number that is not shown on your deal page or kiosk order page at xwaddaescrow.co.ke.
Ask you to pay by gift card or airtime, or to any crypto wallet that is not shown on your deal page.
Release funds because a seller or buyer says we should, without the steps above.
